I think the feet need some help. Maybe some hard edges to help match the shoulder guards? Otherwise it looks fantastic, I could immediately tell it was Quake/Unreal related.

I've been asked at work to do a looping animation of a breezy comforter (I'm a web designer for an e-commerce bedding company) so I'm learning C4D for the project. I've got the movement down below, it's supposed to be quite subtle. But I can't imagine how to include edge details like piping or subtle wrinkling with my current work flow, which is cloth - > cloth surface -> thicken. I tried turning the final product into a soft body and then editing the edge loop into a butt-seam but it always immediately loses the geometry when I simulate. If anyone in here has any ideas about how to pull this off, I would sure appreciate them! You could do that, but i would suggest just simulating a high poly cloth, the more polygons, the more subtle details the simulation can make.

Not entirely sold on the golden muzzle. I know you said it was supposed to be like gilded bronze or something but the muzzle is where you'd see a ton of wear I think.

Its been a good run my peeps! remember getting inspired by combine models getting lit by HDRs back in the day, definitely something that made me really interested in 3D. And now i do this shit for a living, and a pretty good living too! Thank you all for the inspirations throughout the years i have been here. Now that most feedback threads are getting shut down and Hezzy not responding to actual good question it seems like some of us are not wanted here any more. (Like, wasn't the video section pretty active, why push 10 threads that gets made in a day into a megathread where discussion would quickly move or ignore videos) I might end up in some complaining thread, but this is possibly my last post. I've improved some textures and lighting, added working dudes.
