Can we make a contigency plan in the event Facepunch gets deleted? SubReddit?
There’s the Facebook chat, we can at least wait there till something better for sharing photos is established
Sticking to Something Awfuls Dorkroom will probably be the best alternative to here.
Is this a good deal? Fstoppers was plugging it https://5daydeal.com/ref/fstoppers
is it about Tony Blair?
If everyone switches to the Facebook, can I get unbanned? I upset someone many years back when I was an uneducated, uncultured, plebeian.
Managed to get to this riverside a tad too late for a proper sunset but there was still some gorgeous colour to be had.

Cheap eBay intervalometer was a bitch to deal with yesterday. It worked fine when I tested it inside, but as soon as I get to the place I intend to use it, it refuses to work.
Turns out it now only works if the shutter on the camera is half pressed (???)
I Google around, and I'm not the only one with the problem. (Sony A7III)
It's the curse of eBay, I reckon.
Well, I tied my wriststrap + my glove around the camera to half-press the shutter while the intervalometer did its thing, and while it didn't end up nearly as long as I wanted it, here's the result:

I bought a DSLR. It's a Nikon D300. I took it out for the first time today, and I'm liking it so far.

I like this
I got that one on my film camera too, be interesting to see how they compare.
Being able to tweak the raw files afterwards feels a bit like cheating, but it's also nice to be able to salvage pictures that weren't quite perfect.
That goat looks so cuddly
Too much? I've been trying to emulate kai.boet's portrait editing.

C&C, is the skin retouching on the face too much?
Forehead is looks out of focus, her left cheek looks more like too much, though right cheek is a better balance. Left eye also looks too bright, relative to her right.
Did a Day of the dead shoot recently
