Edit: There's Content-Aware Scale under Edit, but I don't know what do to with this and it greys out Fill.

In the version I use, it's basically "select your area to duplicate, Shift+Ctrl+I (or whatever 'invert selection' is for macs), press delete," and in the dialog box that should come up, make sure it's set to fill with Content Aware. If the dialog box fails to show then idk what to tell you.
McNabb: CS5 and above. In this case I'm using CS6.

I might deserve a free upgrade from CS4 to a newer version because Flash, Photoshop and Fireworks have had massive errors despite reinstall. I can't even save Flash files to work on later, only Publish them as .swf.
