I went to an airshow today, and got to play with my 6D

Lemme know if the image is too large for the thread so I can post a smaller version.
I Recently acquired a Sony A7ii thanks to the massive price drop since the A7iii came out. I've always shot film and very little minimal editing such as white balance, contrast and some Tone Curve fiddling; I'm slowly learning the amount of control over an image you have over a RAW file, when you can get Lightroom, Photoshop and Windows 10 to work fine with the .arw file that is. Here's just two test shots. Thoughts on colour and tone would be much appreciated as I've always relied on the film to give me a help in that area.

Hey there guys. It's been a while.
Nice, very dreamy feel
I got a cute cat this week. She mostly sleeps and eats.

I still don't like watermarks...
Neither do I, I toyed around with the idea of one, but it just looks fugly.
A. If you watermark and someone really wants to steal, they can just crop the corner, or if they are more hardworking, photoshop
B. It takes up a massive chunk, either its too small and its pointless, or its too big and all the attention is on the watermark
C. If you really don't want people to steal it, you gotta do it Getty stock images style, aka plaster your whole image with watermarks
I, too, have a cat

I haven't taken basically any pictures since september, hope I can keep snapping since it's actually something I find fun
I have done a bunch of event photography the past week. Rented the Canon 50mm f/1.2 L for it and it's pretty great.

and my pal in her flat
So I finally found a shop close by that will develop and scan, but I'm not sure they're the best. Cost me $35 for 5 rolls developed and scanned onto a CD. I'm not super happy with the low sharpness and high grain, but that might just be the way they scanned or possibly an issue with my camera. The actual negatives don't seem to be as grainy so I'm wondering if they're just not really good at getting nice scans.
Here are some of my favorites. Pretty much all either Portra400 or Superia-X. These are a combo of my OM-1 and my FE.
