If you are going to photograph a melted cheese sandwich, you want to be able to see the cheese.
And you want to see it oozing out or stringy, its suppose to look messy.
And since your top is somewhat burned and not browned, you should do it at a 45 degree angle, this way, not only do you get to see the cheese, you get to hide the burned top.
Trim the uneven ends of the bread, or pick the more uniform of the bunch. If you cut it in half, you want both of them to look like equal and even portions.
Like the one you took, most of the melted cheese are covered by the top bread, and hidden. You want people to be hungry when they see the melted cheese

Don't toast your bread, spread butter and cook it on a pan or stovetop.

Agfacolor 100, expired by 10 years. Wasn't expecting such high grain, obviously it seems like it gets worse with the age of film.
lower sensitivity so you see it more in the mids and highlights, as they're less sensitive they get moved into the shadows where grain more apparent

niiice shot - although personally i feel like the grain is a little too much (was slightly distracting for me) not that that is the case for others, i just notice it myself.
