Took some photos of some fire spinners when I went to gasworks park last month. This was probably the hardest thing I've ever tried to photograph. Inconsistent dark light with fast moving objects. I ended up over exposing the vast majority of these shots. On top of that I discovered just how soft this 35mm is wide open.

I took so many of these. I was spraying and praying all night because of the high speed. I might upload more of this set at some point, but for now I'm burnt out.

Nice shot there, I caught some video footage of it flying overhead from guildford,
pretty massive plane, was cool seeing so many people around just to see it coming in.

Apparently there was a lot of gridlock earlier in the morning and then it's landing was delayed by 2 hours anyways

Traffic was absolutely fucked, thankfully I managed to avoid it by going to the north of Runway 21 but Tonkin highway was like everyone in Perth had just abandoned their cars on the side of the road

They are excellent, great work.

There is a house with a private drive that goes up the hills where I live, it's pretty much the only house with a view like this (lucky bastard). Couldn't resist being a rebel to get this shot.
It's a composite of a bunch of photos stitched together using Microsoft ICE.

These were taken with a bridge camera and a Raynox 202 clipped onto the front. Now that I have a DSLR, I bought a Tamron 70-300, but I just don't like the macro on it. Feels weird not having to get an inch away from the subject.
