Just a single shot from a shoot with my car that didn't go very well to be honest. I just liked the soft light in this shot particular.
I waited ages for the guy in the grey car in the background to leave, but he stayed inside the car for like 1½ hours, and when I gave up and left, he started the car and left too. God damnit.

Consistently killin it PenguinKris- my only thoughts are the model seems a little bored in 3 and 5- the smile is there in the mouth but not the eyes and it's really a shame since the lighting color and comp are awesome- the other girl you shoot with more often has much more genuine expressions that really suit your style

This falls short for me -- I think you could have done better in this instance. The composition doesn't really work to me - my eye is either drawn directly to the truck and then the rest of the frame is a waste, or it's directed to the bottom of the frame where there's nothing going on (bokeh very unattractive, smaller aperture would be better) and then find it's way past the brighter sand patch to the truck. The truck isn't really in focus either so there isn't really a focal point? Sorry for ramble.

No, thanks for the crit. Comp left me stumped because I was trying to show off the terrain and wasn't really interested in 2/3 of the comp just being sky/ocean. And yep missed focus, I have the EG-S precision focusing screen and was stopped down to at least f4 (manual lens so I can't check tho) but it's still just hard to tell for me I guess.
Doubt this works any better but I didn't have much time to shoot so I only snapped a few really quickly

I like the second better composition-wise, but thematically and color-wise though I enjoy the scene of both. Horizon shots can be tough like that though since the sky isn't necessarily interesting but a 50/50 come looks bad. I usually do a 60/40 in either direction on site and look at them later to decide
