The best out of the first 100 or so shots with my new camera and lens; Canon 6D + Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8
Most of these shots are taken in auto mode because i'm not comfortable with changing settings manually on the fly yet, though it is something i'm trying to get better at.

true, I can't trust my current monitor but i do see that from time to time. Lately I've been trying to see how much I can push the highlights tho

I think the 3rd pic is pretty successful value wise and agree with 153x that the rest are rather flat. Maybe they could use more mid tone contrast or low end black.
If there's one good thing to come out of the past 5 days of photography it's the composition of this shot, because I am utterly proud of it

Sometimes I'm pretty happy with SOOC results. I have a neutral profile on because my D5300 doesn't have a flat profile, which is no corrections at all from the camera. Which is somehow a type of style that I like, flat dull images
