I know these are pretty mediocre compared to pretty much everything in this thread, but I'm kinda new new to this. I think they are slightly crooked.

I'm not really sure if these are any good.
I kinda wish I lived in a city or somewhere with interesting physical terrain, the beaches are the most interesting thing here.
I like that one!
But it's easy to say that you don't find anything interesting living in a boring place. I don't live where you do of course, but you have to stop, sometimes for a really long time and observe like hell. You'll get better at finding interesting stuff in the most mundane, boring of places with time.
You have to believe that every single place has its own charm, story, etc. And looking at many different sorts of photography opens up what you believe you can shoot, imo

When it comes to crooked images, Photoshop has a straightening feature that's part of the crop tool. You just make a line along the horizon and it auto-rotates it.

Real estate photography. The trick is to try and capture the essence of a home as best as you can so I try and be a bit more creative where I can and when I have the time.

Ah, hows that for a job? Thought it'd be close by since I study Architecture
On your first shot its really confusing because the main focus of the picture is the door when maybe what you wanted to show was both sides of the room? And otherwise I'd recommend a wider angle on some of the photos to make the space look bigger

Nah it's a hallway. Very tight areas, hence the portrait photo. I usually shoot at 20mm full frame but those two shots are more ambience shots. It's always a mix between ''normal'' photo's that show off the entire room and detail shots.
Fun and rewarding job but tiring as fuck and it leaves me with very little time for fun stuff

Got a one day photojob today by a friend shooting photos for their company's new site, not so much like the stuff above but might share an album very soon on imgur or something!
Oh yeah thought I might as well post a link to that site!! They were super satisfied and used pictures for all pages and they also asked me to make a short intro-vid for their menu banner. All the pics are pretty compressed on the site tho, ofc.
But pretty happy after spending about 3 days shooting and editing it all!

I think the consensus is a bit fluid but for me personally it's like "Yeah keep going in that direction" or "I really like this stylistically" for the more abstract/different/minimalist ones
For me it's just the positive rating one tier down from artistic, when you like it but don't love it

Maybe in the new forum we can have a better rating system that actually makes sense
