Hey, I dig these.
I think people protesting are usually a lot of fun to photograph.
The subjects are usually pretty animated and that brings out a whole lot of emotion and energy for a photographer to capture.
Plus, they know that they're being photographed, but also expect it (since that is... sort of the point?) so that makes the relationship between the photographer and subject a little more lubricated and the barrier between the two a little more amicable.
I think you've done a really good job with these. I like how most of the subjects are partially concealed behind their message and that you've used a variety of techniques to achieve this.
