So the imperial has survived?
Wow. This is awesome!! But what would you do when they all grow up to max size?
He will release his minions to destroy all bad clothes stores!!!
that is cool i like bugs its fun going butterfly hunting with a family freind
i used to have a really big shiny beetle. my cat ate it. i was 7.
See how fluffy the outline of the antenna's are? That tells me the moth that will develop inside of this is going to have fluffy antennas, and will thus be a male Imperial Moth.
Imperial Moth? Does that give him an extra boost to his mercantile and speechcraft?
The imperial looks like crap Also, Postal, you're awesome
So the imperial has survived?
So far yes. The freezing temperatures aren't bothering him.
Man, I love fucked-up postal wildlife threads
Postal, you make the best threads on this site. Between this and Hurf-Life, you inspire me to something.
Man this is such a High quality post. Best one Ive seen on FP. Also wondering, Postal, how old are you?
He is older than time permits
I'd never be able to wait 5 minutes for a moth to respond, I'd probably get impatient and go play some tf2.

Any Updates?
Sexy caterpillars you've got there.
That's disgusting. But, oh so cool.
Sorry but I hate bugs.
Any Updates?
I'll update once it gets warm again. But it's still freezing cold outside and is likely going to be that way for awhile.
Bumping due to inbound update! (And because Postal can't bump it himself)
It got warm, and still the luna pupas were showing no signs of life, except for like, 1. I started to think they were all dead, but then oh hi 10 just hatched. I tried to get some pictures of all of them together but this proved impossible. Upon moving one, he would only lay still for about a minute before getting hyper. And when i put him back in with the others, a pinball effect occured, in which he bumped into all the others started a chain reaction of hyper moths. I got a few pics though, but eventually had to release them all. I need some sort of glass cage, taking a picture through the netting wasn't really good. 6 male, 4 female. 1 very large male, 1 very large female, the others are big but not as big as those two, who are equal in size to the mother moth. Hopefully the rest will start to hatch soon now. The Imperial Pupa is still very much alive and responsive. Should be hatching soon.
Fucking sweet.
Awesome, an update. It looks cute!
Incredibly beautiful. :3
That looks just damn awesome.
