People find it weird that I find moths cute
This makes great evidence for my case

I mean just look at how fuzzy it is!
There's just something about Postal and insects.
Still pretty much badass :buddy:

I hate those small brown ones that fly all over your room if you don't open your window in a while. These ones however, are awesome.
Postal, where do you live?
Awesome, I used to raise monarch butterflies.
You're a cool guy, Postal. Anybody can like the small furry creatures and call themselves animal lovers, but only true ones even take care of the little guys. Keep up your threads, they're awesome.
Awesome dude! Raising shit is always fun. I've been breeding crayfish for about 2-3 years now. Probably have had anywhere from 500-600 crayfish in my possession. Best thing about it is I've only ever bought Two crayfish.
Good luck on this project.
Damn, where in Florida do you live (if you still live there). I used to live in Broward county (near Coral Springs) and we never had shit like this. You always post freaky shit.
Broward has mosquitos and the big batshit retarded moths.
Out here in Weston only thing I've really have hatched from an egg is the little green cuban anoles. Only thing is the standard brown lizards eat their eggs. But the anoles aren't much afraid of people and have chameleon like characteristics so I kill every brown lizard I see. I'm 17 and a weightlifter so my neighbors always give me looks like I'm mad. Which I most likely am..
If that thing landed on me, I'd turn all wussy and run back to my momma! I hate insects..

The best part is incest.
Great.
This is pretty cool, good luck, but I can't stop thinking "Silence of the Lambs" for some reason.
younever showed me the pic of the actual moth

You think that's bad you should see a tank full of Guppies. You see, Guppies have the amazing abillity to hold semen for a few months. So one fuck could deliver 2-3 batches of babies. Each batch containing about 20-50-70 babies. You can see how bad this can escalate. The deformities got so bad that the majority of them had tuberculosis(which can actually be transferred to humans if you're not careful), and bacterial infections that are generally caused by over population. We (me and fishkeeping community) agreed that the best thing to do was to euthanize most of them. because treating them would be a battle I could not win, and the way they were going was just going to spread more disease throughout the fish tank. That day I put about 200 fish to sleep with clove oil and euthanized them with Vodka.

you're a saint
Can anybody explain to me why it's so fluffy?
Can anybody explain to me why it's so fluffy?
Probably for warmth, attracting mates, feeling objects, that sort of thing.
Way cool, these moths are so fuzzy looking. :sax:
good luck postal.
How are those spiders on your porch coming along?
I love those moths, they're one of my favorites.
Become Mothman.

Find a guy with a high speed camera to record this. Just imagine, 400 moths flying out of cages... Slowed down 4 times.
Sure as hell hope they don't crawl into your ears, and take over your brain. I've had nightmares about that >_>
I've never seen cool moths like these. The tiny brown ones are all I ever see, which are only good for swatting practice.
cool
Moths are awesome. A few nights ago, a huge one (About the size of an adult's thumb) flew into my room. I got a few photos of it, and later that night it disappeared. The next day, after getting home from school I saw it dead on the floor. It didn't look like it was stepped on or injured, it just laid there dead. I felt bad that day...
They look pretty damn awesome.
The Polyphemus moth is pretty cool, too.
