It's a little slug moth caterpillar. That brings the count for poisonous caterpillar I've picked up for the hell of it up to 4, with the other three being the Saddleback, the Puss Moth, and the Hag Moth. Can't really tell in this pic but it's really flat, and when it moves it looks like a slug.
