Learning shortcuts on a AZERTY keyboard is a fucking nightmare.
Been working on a map based on the Battlestar Galactica for a guy. I started trying to model it in hammer and quickly realized how much of a pain it'd be, so I've been working on an exterior model in Maya. Has anyone had luck using MESA in recent years or know of another Maya exporter that works well? Here is ttt_wys. A weird ass experiment i spent far too much time on. Whats is it exactly about? well, every block on this map moves. The traitor can activate one of four traps which has an massive impact on the map. Trap number 1: Giant Block rain from the sky. Trap number 2: Every black block on the map slowly disappears. Trap number 3: The map gradually gets smaller. How come the interior shot is so spotty and patchy with the shadows? Exterior lighting looks nice, blue toned shadows are good - looks a bit *too* bright maybe but that might be because of the pure white texture on the walls (temporary dev texture?)
Small doors. They cast this cluttered ambient light shadows from the skybox patches/polys. I figured this out the other day too.
Anyone know of any more "lush" foliage models that I can use in Gmod? The base ones I have are all too scraggly looking for my liking. Like thicker and greener looking pine trees, for example.

Ok, do you mean: Is it the Source engine? Then yes. Do you ask for the source of the models and materials? It's the game INFRA on Steam. Do you ask for the source saying that content can be used freely as long as you credit them? Then I don't really have a post to confirm it, but Oskutin regularly comes on here so he can confirm or deny if I'm wrong.
