I released this model privately but thought I would share it here as well. It's the Belbullab-23 from Star Wars Republic Commando. The model has landing gear animations and I made custom specular, emissive, and normal maps for it. It's the only model I've seen of this particular ship: Belbullab-23 Republic Commando Model Rip

@Howard Day: Any chance you could share that model? I'd love to try it.
Are you sure thats not a belbullab 22?
Here is the one from SWG:

I thought so too but the person who requested the model said it was this: https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Belbullab-23_heavy_assault_craft.
If you look at the model you will see it has different guns, the fuselage has different texture details (the glowy bits), and the engine nacelles are different. I assumed this was due to the game artists interpretation of the source material and not having a good or complete reference of the film model. The game files don't give any clue to the name of the craft other than GrievousShip. So with all that said I chose to reference it as the 23 rather than the 22. There is also the Belbullab-24 strike bomber variant seen in Battlefront II (2005) https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Belbullab-24_strike_bomber.
I'm working on it.

My Files
Thank you! I went to look again and found out that they're in the s5_1 folder instead of s6_2... which is why I couldn't find them, I was looking in the wrong place.
iirc Republic commando came out months before ROTS, so it might be like you said they didn't have the reference of the film model so it most likely is a liberal interpreatation of the source material.
Heh @wubba Looks to me like they are using a general all purpose rig, along the lines of Skyrim and Fallout 4 where the rig has ALL the bones but only certain ones are used depending on the character. If you check out the rig for Skyrim you will see that on a normal character it has bones for a tail, that is not used. I would have to see the blend file for certain, but you could compare this one to another character and see if they are the same! Here is a view of the generic skeleton from Skyrim SE and you can see it has wing and tail bones added just in case they are needed.

I know i've asked this before but i have to again. Anybody able to download and play rise to power?, so we have a backup of the cache files if EA decides to pull the plug on it?

Does anyone have this Kwi model from Star Wars Galaxies, or alternatively does anyone know how to open .LMG models from SWG? I have the .lmg but have no tools to convert it
https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/6/65/Rhoa_Kwi.jpg
I'll get it for you. FYI, I don't think the .LMG files are models, only the .MSH and .MGN files.
Hey guys ,may I ask you for a massive favor ? At this point I'm working for a full star wars conversion mod for Fallout and I desperately require the clone trooper model from Star wars kinect ,can someone post 2 or 3 pics with the model and the link also ? I would appreciate massively .Thank you .
Yeah a generic rig for all characters like they do similar in BF2 I believe (walrus skeleton).. having said that, there is a difference between the playable & (some?) background characters..
The trooper in my screenshots has no facial rig. (potentially a bad example as he's wearing a helmet!?.. lol), though the playable characters, like Obi Wan; Luke; Leia etc have a fully fledged facial rig, including eye lid blink capability!..
I'll continue over on the thread I created relating to this ...

How accurate would you say this is? Are you confident in its accuracy to the films?
No it's for Fallout New Vegas, he makes a ton of star wars mods for that game.
@Warhammer_81 You were so kind to provide the blender python script for DI3.0 python script awhile back.. Did you ever play with the animation files &/or know if they can be used within Blender?.. I'm not sure exactly which one it is.. maybe the .bent file??..

Sorry, I have no idea how to import the model animations. The .oct file contains the model bones while the .vbuf is the vertex buffer and .ibuf is the index buffer. Using Blender you can get the models with bones but not animations. I don't think anyone has worked on importing the animation files. If you look in the "characters/biped/motions/" folder you will see a bunch of .oct and .banm files. I believe these are the animations for the model.
Thank you for all your advice, thanks to this and for months of work we created a short film with Cinema 4D

Hey guys, I'm trying to track down the Rebel defense cannons and the armored door for the outside area of the Crait Battlefront 2 map. I've gone through all the Crait and cr files and can't seem to track them down. Anyone happen to know what they named them?
