Here are my SWBF 1&2 hero rips. They include all of the playable heroes from both games (minus Jyn, Krennic, and Dooku, which I am currently working on) as well as a couple NPC characters. I will be
adding additional NPC character as well (such as Del, Hask, etc.)
I went through the effort of tracking down every texture the models use (minus weathering) including eyes, teeth, and everything else needed. I also went through all of the shares meshes and textures
between BF1 and BF2 and chose the ones with the best quality and resolution, essentially mixing elements together to create a "definitive" version of each character. They can be found here:

Lol is nobody using my Star wars audio thread?
I wouldn't mind a SooG rip of the plants (need them unscaled because they are scaled to the characters)
Ohh really? And i dunno in which package or wherelse they are. Bummer. You know, the lobby models are all otu already?! Don't ask for ingame models. Too low imho.
Xcuse me, but I don't care about you scale issues. Rendering is just like, that seperate objects can have scaling transform matrices. So i'm at the point where your demand seems ocd to me. Or it's just stupid. If you can measure and model, you can scale the extract to whatever the fuck size you want. No issue at all.
Will upload some levels later.
I didn't even know there was an audio thread.
I'm currently working on a short film with many assets used from here on Facepunch, so a huge thank you to those who have helped make this happen. This place is an awesome community, I figured I share something exciting that's going on to put all these assets that people have worked hard to get (not to mention the original modelers at EA.) to good use!
I have created an audio play of a big scene we're getting ready to shoot at the Air Museum in Tillamook, Oregon on the 26th of February (just in case anyone is in the area and would like to participate in some way). Right now we're a core team of about 8, and I have about 25 people coming up with me. I know it's a long shot, but If you do happen to live in this area, and want to help, you can fill out this form to contact me! I'm looking for background extras, production assistants, people with Star Wars costumes or film experience in the area that would like to help! Also, possibly 3d animators possibly to share the workload.
Here is an Radio Play Version I made of our scene using many of the sound effects shared by @Rancor022 so thank you so much! I think this radio play is actually pretty dang good and exciting, but I'd love to know what you think! I'm also posting the script for this scene. Follow along with the script and audio to get a really good idea of what we're going for.

Please let me know what you think and I hope you really enjoy it! I'll keep you all posted with our progress! Wish us luck! We're gonna need it!
Decided to play around with Element 3d and some A-wings.

That's quite a short your putting together! ... There is a lot of dialogue, so I am curious as to whether you're using live actors or animating character models incl. facial rigs from SWBF2?...
@wubba Seems to be a live action idea. I don't know how they gonna do the clones tho, indeed.
@blazer003 Interesting. I can imagine it, obviously, but just partially. The names are lil odd for clones tho. And I don't have most of those vehicle or helmet models around either. Can't play with this idea or render something, right now. Good luck then.
It wasn't clearly stated, but the pilots are not clones. Some of the soldiers are, but in my Star Wars universe this is a backwater planet few have ever heard of (if you listened, you have the inside scoop because no where in the film is it actually going to be said that this is Endor) where a bunch of misfit conscripted pilots were sent. Some of the ground troops are clone troopers, and they are there to lead some volunteers from the planet, and some are conscripted men who were part of the Republic Army before the discovery of the Clone Army. Glad you like it! It's ambitious for sure!
The V-Wings and Corvette were given to us by @Corra_Ashu and several others, pulled from BF2. I'm modeling my own custom Z-95 models, and I'm using my own Yoda 3d model that I've created over the last 13 years. Compositing the 3d models and cockpit shots I'll be shooting into aerial footage I'm gather with a buddy of mine who is a pilot. I'll keep the community posted with updates as I go along!
@blazer003 Understood. A self contained planet. Republic support operation to keep their mining biz running. Makes sense. Works. What they mining tho, to piss of the rebels? Kyber crystals?
Is the Z-95 Headhunter you are working on going to look like the Republic Headhunter or the Rebellion era? Two engine or four engine?
Force Arena WIP not sure when will be finished, still struggling with the Energy Shields...
All the small pieces and secondary lights are still missing...
Anyone could help me, what is the this texture for? Shadows?

@isashi This is the lightmap for the level. That is light and shadow baked by Unity. The problem is those uv coordinates don't follow any rule how to apply (rescale and move) them, really. The floor is kinda easy to figure out, but the props and all instances of those are hard to get right. You may not use it. I just included it, if somebody really wanna try to redo the original ingame levels.
Thanks, and that's just 1/3 of it! The other 2/3 are already filmed and edited (but very little special effects done yet, which will be extensive work). Shooting to have it done this November)
It is my own variation but it is a two engine design. Here's a quick render, still in its early stages.

Looking good, would love to see more updates on this as you progress! My only note/suggestion is to maybe pull the engines out of the cockpit a bit more. Full cylinder similar to the X-wing's or other fighters.
Anybody have the Force Arena files for Dryden Vos' thugs?
I think its in solo2
Or solo
I don't think. lol It's in the solo pack.
@Servius2 I agree about the updates... I ask/urge/request all of us to regularly showcase our project updates!!!...
I would showcase some of my own work, but it's more a hybrid Star Wars multiverse so I thats my excuse :b...

I get a blender script error when attempting to rip the B-Wing Mk2 from SF!?... anyone else had better luck??
Sorry, but the error is due to the script not working with the new model file format.
Another scene done in MAYA with Anzel Hsaio's Star Destroyer. Damn I both love and loathe this model. Great model for it's detail but it's so unforgiving on my graphics card to render. So I'm really undecided about whether or not I'll use it in upcoming animations. If you guys think the SWBF2 2017 Star Destroyer has a lot of detail this one is almost twice the file size - and that's without embedded textures when exported as an FBX.

Yeah. Nice model. Just 2.4 mil verts and 1.6 mil faces. Still easy in blender. Sure not in edit mode or if was textured. You still not doing the model any justice with your shit render. Xcuse me (or maybe not). How do you make everything look so bad? Only shows off you inability. Let's do it 'properly'.

I made some tea while it rendered. My laptop hasn't revved up in a while. Took just 7mins at cheap 24 dif samples.
Oh shoot!.. that sux... oh well I guess I should read up at Xentax &/or await a new update/method...
I would usually go for the newer model but if it chews up more resources when loaded/rendering than desired, work out what your scenes consist of?... distant/medium/close/really close up camera angles = low/medium/high poly.. see what model works best for each shot/scene .. if a hi-poly ISD texture looks obviously different to the lo-poly, you could edit & share the textures to give a more identical appearance amongst them.. or maybe even try rendering out individual elements of the ship/scene & compositing them eventually in After Effects??...
hey, does anybody know where I can find this rocket launcher? I know it's in Battlefront 2 but has anyone extracted it from the game?

Talk about hi-poly.. Pheew!... Out of fear some users may re-upload their content on SF, i thought I might get a few favourites before its potentially too late... featuring.. The Outrider

Unfortunately the Xentax discussion thread has no updates to the script now. I'm a regular SF user and can tell you SF has made multiple updates to the render engine since December 2018. With each new update they slightly alter the model file format making the script useless on the newer models. The script will still work with the older models but there is no way to know which models will work or not without trial and error. There is no way of knowing when the script will work again or when SF will change the format again. You can read the most recent discussion about the script here: https://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10668&start=975
Got it! ... I already read up on the page just before you replied, implemented the additional code & Wha La!!! .. mind you it doesn't guarantee all later models like you said...
