yes ... the old way was much better ... okay so I have to deal with it ... thank you!
Hi, i´m new here. Can anyone help me? I´m searching for the death star corridors and props models from ea bf2.
I actually like the new way because it uses the same controls as Unreal Engine, so I'm kind of used to it. I imagine the old way was easier for most others though, probably not being used to game engines.
A little rusty with Frosty atm..I want to extract the AT-RT along with rig intact hoping I can recreate the walk cycles.. Getting the mesh no problem though I'm unsure to what extent Frosty has being altered with the new update (1.0.5.1).. from memory you had the option to export the skeleton (walrus) separate for a character as a .fbx & merge it with the mesh in Blender/Max etc... though I can't seem to find/remember which is the correct archive format for the skeletons, (yet alone the correct one for an AT-RT) or at least the option to export via .fbx isn't available!?... help!
Why can't you just export the mesh with the skeleton together? It's much easier that way. Also, the AT-RT has it's own separate skeleton located in the same folder as the mesh and textures.
Aha!.. it's been awhile :S .. overlooked the options within 'Misc Settings' from the 'Mesh Export' popup!.. Cheers!
I've been looking all through the thread(s) here for the Sith Empire Harrower dreadnought and I can't find any active links to it. Any chance someone has the extracted file from SWTOR lying around? I'm trying to get my hands on the texture set for it to use on another design. https://images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca887773594c2.wixmp.com/f/5371ff3a-e26d-42f7-8185-7567f7d35b59/d97iq95-b609dec8-27dc-4428-9070-bcfacfd722a0.png/v1/fill/w_1600,h_600,strp/harrower_class_dreadnought_by_nepstercz_d97iq95-fullview.png?token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJzdWIiOiJ1cm46YXBwOjdlMGQxODg5ODIyNjQzNzNhNWYwZDQxNWVhMGQyNmUwIiwiaXNzIjoidXJuOmFwcDo3ZTBkMTg4OTgyMjY0MzczYTVmMGQ0MTVlYTBkMjZlMCIsIm9iaiI6W1t7ImhlaWdodCI6Ijw9NjAwIiwicGF0aCI6IlwvZlwvNTM3MWZmM2EtZTI2ZC00MmY3LTgxODUtNzU2N2Y3ZDM1YjU5XC9kOTdpcTk1LWI2MDlkZWM4LTI3ZGMtNDQyOC05MDcwLWJjZmFjZmQ3MjJhMC5wbmciLCJ3aWR0aCI6Ijw9MTYwMCJ9XV0sImF1ZCI6WyJ1cm46c2VydmljZTppbWFnZS5vcGVyYXRpb25zIl19.6TQJGJ7tcqbF5CELlgcKw3YSGrQA5bGuPc3Va95e27g
@BadHorse if i understand correctly by reading your post the items that had to be moved were: Engines? Deflector shields? communicationstower? (is this the bridge superstructure?) Hangar? Turrets? Tractorbeam? Details engine? You wouldn't have time to create a blueprint using only these parts correct? :3
I was wondering if there was a link to a file for your SWG stuff? Specifically the creatures. I’m trying to 3D print some creatures for my nephews FFG SW RPG game. Found some on sketch up but was really going for some diversity
I wonder if its possible to make a python script out of the .ms script ... is it possible then to import into different 3D programs? Just a thought
Here is my Star Wars Galaxies releases folder: My Files The folder contains all the SWG models I've converted and released, not all of the SWG models from the game. If you have a specific request for a model feel free to ask.
That is generous. I was hoping to find either the dire cat or the razor cat. If you drop me an email I would to offer aid. Address is in account.
You still have to use the Excel fill-down on column 'O' manually. Sorry, I should have included that in my instructions. It doesn't know how many objects are going to be needed. I could probably bake that into the formula, but it's also not tough to do manually. Just select cells O1:O76 and select 'ausfullen' from the 'bearbeiten' section of the toolbar.
@BadHorse hey man, if you aren't able to make the blueprint do you have a tutorial about how to do it?
Do you know a way to extract the textures of a mod then?
I guess I'm not understanding what you're asking for. I haven't made any blueprints, I'm just working with the blueprints extracted using Frosty. The list of component/transforms I provided on the previous page was from the SWBF2 ISD.
It's impossible to extract the contents of a mod currently. GMan also said that Frosty will never have that feature.
@BadHorse works fu**ing great! Thank you very much! https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/132595/7102aef9-8379-45cb-b9a6-d2b4c119ac36/sc_max_import.jpg
Im refering to if you can remake this one since all components can be in the correct place via your script? http://i.imgur.com/DQl0eYt.jpg
Sorry for the double post: Not really star wars but anybody here know how to rip from "Game of thrones winter is coming"? Was thinking this might be good to use as a higher quality Qi'ra head? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkYBM1lGQzM
Oh THAT. I didn't get that you were talking about a literal blueprint, as opposed to the figurative ones from Frosty being used by my script. I totally forgot that I made that one. I'm not sure if I have the original files I used to make it. I'll take a look when I get home from work tonight.
Ninja will do it. FP-THREAD I picked it up but haven't tried it as yet...
I dont mind if you just import it into max and remake the blueprint (if you have time), i don't need the old mesh. I am essentially just wondering if you can remake it after you've used the 3ds max script (so we know all the meshes are in 100% correct places)
Does anybody have the Clone Blaze Trooper (AKA Super Trooper) armour from Clone Wars Adventures?
Sure. It's not rigged (cause it got no skeleton to extract directly linked), but... cwa_supertrooper
Much appreciated
So I noticed there is a new Leia skin in Battlefront.
It's been in the files for a couple weeks. I was going to post it last week but forgot. I'll try to finish it today.
I should've guessed. I thought that was Lopieloo's XNALara Leia meshmod. I stand corrected.
Hello there! I was wondering whether or not somebody might have already pulled these rectangular crate files from Battlefront II yet? If so, could somebody point me in the right direction? It would be much appreciated! https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/448147/782b3cb8-4380-496b-9bc4-22c10170c2af/STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II_20190501174629.jpg https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/448147/9bc360a4-a94e-4be0-afe6-d993fe8b162e/STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II_20190501174600.jpg https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/448147/15d88bd1-b6bd-46de-b51a-046f3fd083b9/STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II_20190501174556.jpg https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/448147/5d3fbe49-dc48-4614-af6c-6e88dd70350c/STAR WARS™ Battlefront™ II_20190501174552.jpg
