there was a problem parsing file :S , i tried with 2 gmad.exe with different size and using a data folder with setting cfg file, whats wrong with me?
Though I'd help you out with extracting .GMA files. Use 7zip to extract the contents of the .gma file. This will give you an identically named file with no file extension. For example I have a file called "addon_uploads_1543740726_4066559919.gma" I then extract it and get "addon_uploads_1543740726_4066559919". Re-name the file with no file extension to .gma. Drop this new file onto gmadconv.exe and it will extract all the contents of the .gma file. Follow this link to get gmadconv.exe: https://onedrive.live.com/?id=65B4D1E61B5CD82A%21666&cid=65B4D1E61B5CD82A
I''m posting this here as well as the Star Wars Audio thread since a few people have requested it and the game is no longer available: Star Wars Force Arena Audio Rips (contains all sound effects, background ambience, music, and voiceovers from the game): Star Wars Force Arena Audio Rips
Have you tried Gmad Extractor? Gmad Extractor GUI | Garry's Mod Modding Tools
Thanks for stepping in @Warhammer_81 ... I don't know that much about GMod, as I haven't used it in years, but this way you shared was perfect! Thanks!
Bummer, but thanks for letting me know. Talk about timing! I actually think I may have your sound effects pack downloaded (I have one that somebody posted), but I can't for the life of me find vehicle weapon sounds in that pack. They may exist there somewhere, but if they do, they're way down deep or labled something weird. I figured they'd be under "Cannons" or something like that (since there's no "Vehicles") but no such luck. Does anyone know where to find the most compreshensive tutorial on ripping audio from Battlefront?
@BadHorse Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the majority of sound files are in .wav format, you just need to locate them via Frosty's directory and save them out...
^^ It's on the first page of my Audio Links Thread @BadHorse Have you had time to see my questions on the previous page?
Warhammer_81 I cant download Star Wars Rivals: Imperial Death Star Trooper
They are scattered in the standard weapon folders. Most should be found in "cannons". Keep in mind they aren't named after the vehicles, but after the weapons that are used on the vehicles. For example: the "AP11" refers to the snowspeeder cannons, and the "GN-40" refers to the Slave I cannons.
Yes, I'm sorry about that. I deleted the files because they are outdated since I have a better way of getting the models now. The old models were exported in a way that was causing them to be posed in a strange T-pose with their mouths wide open. I only have the game data up for download at the moment: My Files|Star Wars Rivals
I forgot to add the 'Solo' Millennium Falcon to my list, so here it is: http://www.mediafire.com/file/ejg33yx6dredl42/Millennium+Falcon+%28Solo%29.rar Now that almost all of the vehicles are out of the way, I'm currently working on NPC characters, as well as all of the Clone Troopers (including the ARC Trooper).
yes i need it.
Thanks for the share, there's some pretty neat SFX in there (some from Rogue One as well).
Hi, Rancor022. Thanks for sharing and your effort. I'm trying to extract the GR-75 Rebel Transport, but i'm finding it quite difficult to understand the process to rebuild the model. Could you provide with some sort of guide or direction? Thanks.
Thanks to you guys my Star Wars folder is at 27GB. So as a silly little thank you here is the Emissive tex for the Medical Frigate now with the (only known) photo of the actors from the front. It's small and black&white so I tinted it. from a safe distance it looks good. https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/482424/47b757ec-d292-40fe-8c6c-39cbbc922b23/Shot.png https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/482424/da41073f-efa8-4656-b5c7-fa2d1470fdfd/NebBFrigate_E_pic.png
Hey guys, could somebody extract these barricades from Battlefront 2 DICE's Geonosis Capital Supremacy map? https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/134111/5813ca50-aa9d-480b-bd7f-086fbffa98f7/Capture2.PNG
Alright, the old Star Wars Rivals Imperial Death Star Trooper model is back up for download: Imperial Death Star Trooper SWR Model Rip
I don't typically put larger ships like that together, Badhorse is the expert at that. I was already considering taking a look at the GR-75 though... if I'm able to put it together correctly I'll upload it.
Yes please!
The link posted above is incomplete, and doesn't contain any textures. Here's a better version: http://www.mediafire.com/file/8sv5shff5dt4xx1/Clone+Barrier.rar
https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/448147/6e964cff-7bd3-4aed-bf5c-2e21b7739619/image.png Has anybody extracted this "payload sled" from Star Wars: Battlefront?
I have a request for anyone that doesn't have a Mediafire account. I just found out that Mediafire has a system where if you someone uses your referral link to create an account, you get 1GB of additional storage. Right now I only have 10GB of storage (which I'm pretty much out of), which is why I have to keep deleting objects (to save space). If anyone without a Mediafire account would use my referral link, I'd be able to upload more files, and wouldn't have to delete anything. I'd also have room to reupload all of the sound effects that I just had to remove. Here's my referral link... any help would be much appreciated: https://www.mediafire.com/?6r97xvq
Thanks for your effort.

Yo badhorse, got some more questions for you: Does it matter in the example if i post it in line 46 or should i post it in line 1? (in the blank sheet) Do you know where i can find all the spaceships, are they in vehicles or battlebeyond? (except for fighters) Lastly do i export in .fbx?, also where do i export it?
No need, I'm already on it!
Done
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Whenever you start a new ship assembly project, you should start with the blank spreadsheet in row 1. The example spreadsheet can be used, but it's mostly just to show what a correctly populated spreadsheet should look like.
