I added bloom to my TD
and had some fun with it

I think you should keep going with this simple art style, it looks a bit like Geometry Wars.
When the bloom is that high it's abit hard to work out whats going on.

I think TD + top-down arcade style don't fit.
Anyway, I will be working on a little web control panel for game servers, with a "worker" daemon (thing that starts/stops/RCONs servers with an XML-RPC interface for the web panel) written in Ruby. Doesn't seem as big as your projects.

Needs more vector renderer.

If that works as good as it looks, I'm gonna love you.

Couldn't agree more!
Just downloaded it, Loved it <3
I'm too used to code::blocks to ever change back.
If Visual Studio had a side block plugin like that, I'd be sold.
It does!

I like it, but I don't know if I'd pay $60 for it when notepad++ works just as well.
Behold my crap scheme:

Looks alright to me.
Guna change the strings, though. There abit harsh.
Yeah red is a bit strong. How about grey?
Just changed it to a lighter red, looks nice now.
Agh rewriting my class's :( I have a tendency just to delete them after I get annoyed because they wont work.
"Works on my machine" as well, however it doesn't play nicely with collapsed code sections. It doesn't break or anything, it just doesn't reflect your position accurately. It also doesn't work with aspx files.
Still, definetly worth trying out for a bit of time.
Sucks that it doesn't work with collapsed code. I am surprised Visual Assist X doesn't have this feature yet.
Well I'm a bit late on the IDE colouring thing but I just got up. So I'm going to post my awesome colour scheme anyway :buddy:

My scheme is basically yours with a few modifications, stole it when you posted your .settings file ages ago :v:

Changed the colours slightly on alot of stuff: added some light colouring for operators, colouring for the numbers, some light blue for the preprocessor definitions to make them different than the keywords. I kept strings and comments more or less the same colour as the default scheme just because I got used to them that way.
Also, the Zenburn scheme seems to be a little "washed out" for me, like someone dumped it in some bleach or something, not appealing, I like more contrast.

Yeah that is pretty f'ing cool.

I was playing with the parameters in that screenshot, so it was kind of a lawlsy shot.
Also, I am moving off of sprites and into DrawUserPrimatives. I'll post screenshots when they aren't random likes strewn across the screen.

Pretty damn sexy. I may need to port this to MonoDevelop.

That's pretty awesome, I'm going to try it out, but like the comments said there are some issues with it handling custom colors and outlined blocks.

Haha, alrightey then. But I must emphasise that this was originally created by Jallen, I did some modifications to fit my needs, so some credit goes to him :v:
First you need the Bitstream Vera font set:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ttf-bitstream-vera/1.10/
And here's the .settings file, exported Fonts and Colours only (which is all you really need...):

Haha that reminds me of the Cheat Engine Terms and Agreements.

Thanks! looks good
realised that normal mapped sprites already work in my particle spawner.. (These are just normal single quad billboard sprites)

Porting my pool game I made in C and OpenGL for a Uni unit to C++, openGL and Open Scene Graph.
Here's it in C:

So far I just have a basic camera setup with OSG, but I've been modelling the pool table:

That looks crazy, I had no idea you could get results that nice simply from normal mapped sprites.
