jalsoedesigN et
You know.. the .net end of the domain
Maybe if you put the "t" below the "e" it would look like that straight away.
I'm just afraid it'd make the logo too high, and too unbalanced? Tried my luck, personally I don't like it, as rightly, I find it unbalanced: Would it be better to leave it out all together?
And exactly how does this replace a version control system? Sounds more like a deployment script to me.
If I were to use SVN, I wouldn't be using the version-ing stuff anyway. This essentially splits it into three simple versions: Local bleeding edge dev Public dev, beta, if you like Public release, final with bugfixes Basically each version is in a different physical place, that's the only real difference, with a script to deploy versions up to the next level.

Got bored, http://developervps.com/
Got bored, http://developervps.com/
It looks pretty bland. Add a logo or some other things.
It looks pretty bland. Add a logo or some other things.
I love bland haha! I like it super simple, it was more simple, I might remove the background... The idea is it's super-simple, right to the point. Designed with developers in mind, none of the crap other hosts (including Fanatical) slap on their site.

Looks ok albeit disjoined and kind of lacking personality.
Got bored, http://developervps.com/
I don't even use 1GB of space on my current webhost, but I still sort-of want to move from my free webhost to something paid so I can get peace of mind on whether it will stay alive (another free webhost I was with lost all its data and had no backups). But I have no idea how VPSes are set up for webhosting, and I have a strong attachment to cPanel :saddowns:
a2h - it took me about a week to get use to running a VPS. I had absolutely zero experience with VPS or Linux before.
Got bored, http://developervps.com/
every time you get bored a new website pops up - are you made of money?
If you want to buy a vps im sure plenty of people here would be eager to help.
I don't necessarily want a VPS, I'd just like something that offers more peace of mind than a free webhost, is cheap, has PHP/MySQL (incoming Turby), a nice file management interface, and doesn't offer me 485390805483985039 GBs of disk space because right now I'm using less than 1GB on my website
MySQL (incoming Turby)
hey man, mysql is cool
hey man, mysql is cool
i prefer storing everything in a text file

I don't get people like you - you can code and design properly but you can't linux at all and you don't get how httpd works. I mean sure that's fine and normally I wouldn't give a shit but I just don't get how you haven't started studying other shit after becoming pretty damn good at making websites, I think it just comes naturally. Kind of like people (cough Nick/Fizzadar cough) that are great with php and programming in general but don't know regex. It's just something that you should learn naturally and I don't see how it doesn't come to you like that. Sorry if I sound like a nerd or a pretentious asshole because that's the last thing I want and I don't think I'm either of those.
hey man, mysql is cool
I was intending PHP
