That person
Oh shit, I'm sorry, my bad. It's not a copy. You can tell by the fact that a newline is missing. Damn guys we gotta clear his name.
Sup webdev
I should normally make a new website template for our someday upcoming relaunch. However, i am out of creativity and i really can't be arsed. If somebody is up for the one-time job to work after a CD, PM me and i'll supply you with more details. I don't need a HTML template, just the psd is about enough. I'll of course pay (PPal).
There are certain things can can create fine in Photoshop but won't work in CSS unless you include images, which I want to avoid.
There really is no good reason to avoid that. If you have no reason other than you "don't want to" you're unnecessarily limiting your design.

Working on it!
I'm terribly sorry man, I just got this site from brohoster.com (cheap prices), and I tested it with a template from the host (I think he is). I'm sorry for not asking permission, it's gone now.
I'm the host. Charlie was one of my techs.

Thanks to KmrtSqrl for helping me out with a bunch of rad suggestions!
Currenly working on a tumblr blog theme:

The right hand side (logo, navigation buttons) stays fixed to the page and don't scroll, while the content (and background) do. I was trying to add a bit more perspective to the ribbons, but it doesn't look quite right. There's still a fair amount to do.

What's up with the code on the right where specific characters are standing out?
BrettJay - why is there CSS code in the right?
Looks like a rendering problem, no way could it be part the design.

Why not, looks effective.
Why not, looks effective.
It looks like it kinda spells out words. Hold on and I'll grab the letters.
EDIT:
youberroue,youid'reoldingmeup,
I just got a reply from Envato about my template:
Your template design doesn't provide the design quality necessary for approval at this time. It will need improvements in overall design before it can be reviewed again. Aspects you should improve range from typography to element spacing and overall graphics used for the layout (not photos).
What a load of bullshit.
Guys expectations are too high.
So true, Jaybuz made a great theme.
I don't really feel like completely redoing it, so I'll just wait until July and submit again. :P

Maybe then you won't get a cock sucker to review it. Your design it great the way it is.
