One of my mums friends company's want a site done where they can easily add pages and stuff so I'll make a mock up of it in Photoshop, reproduce in HTML then convert it to a WordPress theme, unless you guys have any simpler CMS I could use?
It will have a gallery on the front page also so they want to be able to change that easily.

Take your [url=http://webdesignledger.com/tools/10-simple-and-light-weight-cms-solutions]pick[/url]. There are plenty more simple CMS' than WordPress.

I wanted a tiling background to scroll (to highlight the way the links and logo on the right stay fixed in position while the other elements in the background scroll). I'm always open to design suggestions. Especially considering I can't design for shit.

I also have style implementation for -logged in users- that let you change the color scheme of the site.
So unless your saying the layout itself is boring, thats sort of taken care of.

Dont use GetSimple. When one of my clients were using it it broke itself. I suggest Frog or Wolf(a fork of frog).
