Should've used css and divs from the start, also learn to split images, don't use one huge static image for the body content area, it limits what you can do with the layout.

Colours don't work together, your text was very messy and un-AA'sed, using a javascript scroll system is a bad idea, especially when you don't bother to include mouse wheel support.
