http://border-radius.com/ automatically spits out border-radius values for Webkit, Gecko and CSS3. Of course, it isn't that much harder to just type border-radius: *px;, but its a quick way of getting rounded borders to appear on all the main browsers (except IE...).
In Notepad++ all I do is type -moz-border-radius: *px; and when I'm happy with the results Ctrl-D twice and change the two duplicate lines to border-radius and -webkit-border-radius respectively.
By the way, have you heard of CSS3 Please? Try have a look in IE. Yes, you are seeing CSS gradients in IE.

It's a simple site inspired by downforeveryoneorjustme, simple php and open source.
Ironically not always online because of a bad server.
Is that actually yours? If so, well done, I use it regularly.

Might I suggest a little noise for the background? It seems like the most powerful design element that I have seen a lot of lately are small gradients with light noise that is almost un noticable. Perfect example. And work on your type a little. I think the content is a little too large, and the font on the footer doesn't really flow, and definitely work on something for the clean simple elegent text. The first thing that comes to mind is this. It's a text only logo but it's still really elegant.
