Next time the Hangout is open (If it does), don't act like a fucking moron, and don't invite people that will act like morons.
I don't think it's too much to ask of some of you guys to not spam chat and scream into your microphones while people are working/chatting.

Andrew mentioned making the chat limited to a circle - I haven't used g+ that much and don't really know if that'd work, but it's worth looking into.
I have unused RAM on my VPS that I could host a voice server on if needed. Ventrilo sucks so it'd be either Mumble or TeamSpeak 3.
For me it's G+ or nothing, I'd rather not use Vent or Skype or even tinychat because I like having video chat that isn't shit.
