i want to make it because i have the biggest high school in the state of Washington and could really stir up social controversy making everything just a lot more interesting. how could you get in trouble with the school? it is stated that you can not use someome elses property (pics) without their full consent.

Facebook OWNS ALL of YOUR and YOUR FRIENDS content AS LONG they're in their servers and/or distributed along your friends in Facebook. However, you still hold your copytight (but minimally), but it can be nulled if Facebook (itself) distributes it (yes, they can distribute anything you place there) by selling it (#1 reason why Mark is rich), sub-licensing, transferring it, and/or royalty-free.

In other words, Facebook can sue you if you distribute "their" content at a "illegal" matter. (IE. Mark Zuckerberg Website Wannabees with photos from accounts in Facebook WITHOUT permission). So your info is protected from other websites, but not in their hands.

I tweaked it a bit to change it from Who's Hotter to Who's Cooler, which is a lot less offensive, but could i still get in trouble still doing it even though i changed it? Is there any way i could secretly and securely release it or can they always track it back to who developed it?
