Sorry for the huge video, but I got region capturing working

Goddamnit why does it only work in the post preview? :(
I want this as soon as you get it done.
HyperDesktop stopped working a few weeks ago and I don't want to go back to zscreen.

i use localhostr uploadr, you cap a section of the screen and it instantly uploads it
can be quite useful

I put some binaries on my website and on the google code project.

It's got support for primary screen capturing (PrintScr), window capturing (Alt+PrintScr) and region capturing (Ctrl+PrintScr).
No UI yet apart from the console, but the config editor starts if there's no config file. Be sure to keep the console enabled so you know what's going on or if something failed.

Awesome art, the snowflakes look out of place though.
This is nowhere near amazing as all the stuff you guys do, but I wanted to improve on my little tile drawing thing I posted a while back and have came up with this so far:
[vid]http://puu.sh/8i7F[/vid]
Every tile is basically built up the same, but will change when given different types. In the video I had a static type, and a type that moved down depending on the size of the tile. Going to see if I can get types of tiles to combine together now.
Despite a few lone dots here and there, it's a maze now!

Good fucking luck!

About mazes, I also think you accidently another maze algorithm above.
It's kind of a long slideshow, but it's about algorithms, and has lots of maze types.
Colored lights! Kind of!

As you can see, it randomly ripped that green one up.. thing is, I have abso-fuckin-lutely no idea why it would do that. It only happens to green and blue, too; red ones are fine and fix the bugs.

[editline]7 November 2011[/editline]
Slight update: it only draws blocks that have some amount of red in them. No matter the G or B, if a tile's R is 0, it won't be drawn. But I see no code for that.
[editline]7 November 2011[/editline]
Oh, I accidentally added a return for if the red light was 0 before the green lighting code. Whoops.
Looks like the area closer to the source is too bright or alpha is above 1 (255).

Yeah, I figured it was wrong when I tried generating a solution for it. The minimum spanning tree turned out wrong since splitting up the algorithm between frames (so it could be animated) got me confused. I hacked together a graphically presentable solution despite the underlying structure being a bit off by using a few tricks.
Random based tile terrain generation is too mainstream.

So I've committed to doing at least one thing on my to-do list each day.
I feel tiiiiired...
Yesterday I was up for 20 hours, yet the last 30 minutes I was up I had great ideas for my state manager.

What's with the maze fad, lately?
Mazes are cool, I guess, but I'd like to see more practical, and specific stuff, like dungeon or terrain generation.
EDIT: Okay, so it's not a fad, it's just Anonim.

Why don't you just connect the lone dots with a random field next to it?
Those dots are obviously placeholders for large, ominous statues.
Think I might try and make a game based around some SCP objects. My biggest weakness in programming is not having any inspiration, the SCP foundation cures that with no trouble.

I figured out why my neurotic network wasn't working. I was store the connection types on the connectee, so if you tried to have two different connection types, the latter would overwrite the former.
Derp

I unintentionally made it calculate powers of two.
Neurotic networks are a force to be reckoned with.

Trying out this webm stuff. Got a Player class going and altered my texture loader to support independent animations;
I love when stuff just works the way you want it to.
