Got the rtmps proxy working. Was a bitch to get the ssl certificate to work. I could have sworn I saw a POST http request in there the first time though. rtmps is supposed to use an https tunnel which should send an initial request to open the tunnel. What was really weird was before the http request was being received after the rtmp handshake. I wonder what happened to it. Oh well, just going to forget it hope I never have to deal with such a silly thing.

No reason not to. Except for some pride thing that can do nothing but damage your progress.

Uses Lidgren for networking.

I haven't got all of the MySQL down though.
As of sometime this morning before I passed out pissed off from pushing to a repo I shouldn't have, Desurium now uses ~/.config and ~/.cache instead of ~/.desura!
Is there some construct sort of like a queue or a stack (I know they are different things) which works the exact same way, except that when popping/dequeueing no items are actually removed, but a (resettable) index variable is incremented instead? Or do I have to make one myself?
You want a circular buffer or circular stack. It's a pretty cool concept, but resizing them is difficult, so you want to know how much you're gonna be using before you start.
Are we still on about the tabs/spaces? I just made a silly joke; didn't expect it to overflow with boxes and 8 pages of bickering over tabs and spaces.
No. We're not still on about it.
God damn Game Dev Story preventing me from actually developing my "fucking" game.

it's a very basic particle system designed to run in real-time on my ipod touch 2g ... you can increase the particle count in the options menu if you have a high-powered device
that said, i don't know how else to make it look better ... any suggestions?
