I had a TI-83 plus. I made a few TI-BASIC games for it and also some apps to facilitate Physics/Math problems.
I have a TI-89 Titanium, I don't use it very often though. I might learn BASIC and try it out.

Forget about BASIC, get this instead, and make some kickass C games.
Another one who doesn't know that he has one of the most powerful calculators.
Some boys even ported a Gameboy emulator for the TI-84

Is it really an emulator, or is it more like WINE? The TI-84 and the Gameboy both use the same z80 processor.
How good is a TI-89, there's one going for 20 bucks on ebay? Is it better than the TI-84?
Why am I even considering buying it

Just FYI:
telnet://towel.blinkenlights.nl
If that doesn't work:
Win:
click on start, then on run
type "cmd"
press return
type "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl"
press return
Linux:
open the terminal
type "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl"
press return
EDIT:
oh damn
Off track much? Anyway, in Excel I saw an ASCII AC/DC music video with sound and everything.
