(150 * 180) / pi = 8 594.36693 :D
(150 * 180) / pi = 8 594.36693 :D
Eh? Blah is actually math.atan2(dy, dx) but it didn't seem necessary to what I was talking about.
I am redoing my code because the old code is confusing as hell. It had also many other problems. Yay animated bullets.
I did reverse them but it didn't help. Also then (blah*180)/Pi Is converting it from Radians to Degrees.
Oh damnit. I have no idea how I didn't see that :downs:

Thank you. Also, I just added rank-system into game. Just because I want to be mean.
A little preview image. Dunno what I'll do with it, probably will implement it to the website. Background story is explained a little. What you need to know is that the Spiritual Plane that grants eternal life to all the residents of the world of Sacra is in danger and you're a recruit trying to stop it. Or if you'd like you can also help the Eternal Citadel in attacking it. Normal fantasy mumbojumbo story but it works!
Nice, namelezz. Can't wait.
Wait, I'm confused. We aren't able to post website designs here anymore? I'm not 100% sure if we can, so I'm going to :v: Well, here's my Left4Dead forum theme so far: http://www.redsupernova.net/forums/index.php I might make it so you can change the theme to anything you want.
Are you just making a theme or did you make the whole forum?
I made the whole thing from scratch.
Ok, nice so far. But add htmlentities to block us from using html.
Detailing time!
Make it so the buildings require wood to build. For example, a house could require 5 wood. The people should carry the wood to the building and spend a short time building it. Your wood stockpiles look pretty cool. Do they actually reflect a value? Looking forward to the end result, what ever you decide to do :D
Everything but farms takes wood to build(farms will later). And most people spend 3or4 sec to build things. Hard to see since they just stand. The stockpiles have 3 different pictures and it different based on how much wood.
Remake Knights 'n Merchants while you're at it, that game was the shit. (Well, not really, STUPID addicting though)
I will look into that game.
I love the way this is coming along (even if it's coming along very slowly ;) ). Can I suggest that you make a loading screen though, and preload all the images?
Images have been a pain in my ass. I tried to switch over to using the images that are in the jar file. But I got lots of errors. One day I will do it right. Oh and I am in college that why I been going slowly.
Here's where GWEN is. We have most major controls done.. there's about 3-4 big controls to do (off the top of my head, tree, modal file dialog (which will consist of a couple of new controls). The video is shitty quality right now. There's some visible bugs, but nothing major. Unicode doesn't display right in the Botch renderer yet - and neither do textures (it's not hooked up). But it's on the right track I think. Oh and I put it on top of a bowling thing I had in Botch - just to show how it's rendered in game.
That's a neat, clean and sleek UI. Just the way I like it.

In my opinion, the API is what really matters, you can have a pretty GUI lib but if you need to hack your code to integrate it or the API is badly designed, not easy to use etc, then it's worthless. Features are looking good though.
I've taken your advice, and i'm currently rewriting the website so it validates. What kind of thing do you want to know how to do? Lets say, a button?
Controls::Button* pButton = new Controls::Button( this ); pButton->SetText( "Button Text" ); pButton->SetImage( "danger.png" ); pButton->SetPos( 20, 20 ) pButton->GWEN_CALL( "OnPress", ThisClass::OnClickButton );
To hook up a callback on press..
void ThisClass::OnClickButton( Controls::Base* control ) { Msg( "Button Pressed!\n" ); }
Are the GWEN bindings only C++ or have I missed something?
Looks a lot like like Lua derma, garry, nice work.

http://rocklock.tumblr.com/ - Shameless advertising of my new blog :D Programming wise I am doing a few prototypes for a Hacking Based game to create. Rock Lock Games needs a debut game, and "Bridge of Fate" and "Truck Tycoon" are boring to develop. This game I am going to finish, and I defiantly need to remember "KISS". One thing I am not doing that I really need to do is Plan it in detail, so I know what direction I am heading in.
