that definitely doesn't look rational
I was bored on a 22-hour bus trip and thought it would be cool to visualize patterns in numbers. Pi isn't a very good example of that though.
Haha I was making an ASP.NET devs are socially awkward nerds joke not asking for a job you silly. I already have two of those! Definitely good advice regarding making sure you have good social skills if you want to do this professionally and succeed though. I can't even count how many times I have been hired for a job/project almost solely because I can talk to people. I didn't even have to show work samples for these last two, I just talked about what I've done... lol...
It's the other way around for me. :(
Just finished coding the majority of http://www.bitcoffers.com. I know the layout is shit, but the functionality is all there. The idea is you complete offers for free bitcoins.
I think he was making a pun that pi is an irrational number
No idea how I didn't pick that up.
Do it with the golden ratio
The featured product layout isn't final, that's what I'm working on now :D Oh and the Xmas Sale thing is a php newsreel flicking between some banner images. Comments/Ideas people! <3

Pretty patterns.

I made a page to see how the DOM would behave if I made it create 90000 1px wide and high divs. Chrome requires three minutes to generate the page :v:
Soo I kinda wanna try either Python or Ruby, but I can't really decide which one.. Suggestions?
ruby on rails
ruby on rails
That's not a language, silly, and it'd be somewhat overkill for a small beginner's project. But uh...try Flask for python, or Sinatra for Ruby. Heck, try both.
Soo I kinda wanna try either Python or Ruby, but I can't really decide which one.. Suggestions?
They're both very valid. Check out their syntax, try some examples and decide on which one you'd like to use.
A lot more tweaking and also a proper domain now.

Try e :v:
Try e :v:
Last time I tried E things got really freaky really fast.
Try e :v:
You could possibly take something like this to the next level and make it turn messages into an image with every X pixel being a character and the rest being random.
Which one looks better? (referring to the blue outline) for: for:
Finally got Ruby with Sinatra up and running! ( and I learned quite a few things while I did so ) http://216.24.194.192/name/World
How's this?
How's this?
aesthetic is fine but its rather badly vertically cramped.
It's still coming together, I'll fix that tomorrow Which one is better? With the container or without? Make the background of the second one more lighter and it'll look great.
