It's a lorem ipsum-type generator that gets tweets based on a keyword which is entered, and strings the tweets into paragraphs. It filters tweets with urls, mentions and hashtags because they wouldn't be there in normal text. I might make it filter more stuff out later on.

Mango does, I just tested it. I think all WP7 phones can upgrade to Mango as well since Microsoft control the hardware strictly so you only have to target the one version

I tried improving the design, is this better or not?
Looks nice, I think it needs some subtle shadows though to make it less flat and add some depth to the page.

Probably different buttons in the final version, but the green, default, and hovering over buttons are shown. Easier to copy and paste a button 3 times than three different buttons.

I swear it's photoshopped. His head is too small for the body's posture and the hat looks like it's from a different angle then the face.

The logo needs padding top, the content space is being wasted ( there's to MUCH padding ). The wrapping buttons looks nice, but maby add a text-shadow or try [code]font-size:11px;font-weight:bold;text-shadow: 0px 1px 1px #494949;[/code]
Remember for the text-shadow you've got to apply the right colors for each item.

Ok I think I fixed all the issues.
Top bar can't get any more padding as I'm using it on 6 other sites in the content network as well. I'm just going to leave it how it is at the moment.
