Also if it's a nature related website you might wanna use a photo as a background instead of that (annoying, I would change it) green. Also the highlight around the selected link on the bar doesn't fit with the rest of the design (the shadow). The noise on the black bar looks weird, I'd remove it completely and make the bar have a plain shade of color in the range #000 - #222 And finally maybe try putting in some images. I know there's no content yet but there will probably be some images (I hope) when the content will all be laid down so why not include some example ones now.

I'm pretty sure you can't do this but it would be nice to convert a 1px wide image into a gradient. I envisage a tool which just lets you click on all of the sections where you want a sample to be taken or click on auto and it will automatically select the least amount of samples needed to reproduce the gradient in the image. Doing it manually is a pain.

Doing it manually is a pain.[/QUOTE] It's easily possible with a vertical/horizontal gradient because you can just tile it x or y accordingly, but with diagonal and radial gradients it won't work anyway can't you just make the gradient and then crop it to 1 x 1000px or whatever in photoshop? For some reason though, I feel like the noise on the top bar wouldn't look as weird if you did add some kind of nature related photo (thinking Biovitals is some kind of nature themed website judging by the name and the use of green, I could be completely wrong) in the background. At the moment the green you're using for the background (with the noise) doesn't compliment the green you're using for the section titles which is what I first noticed. Also, definitely add some images like people have already said. :)
