Ah that's what I did earlier, but I only put it on a:link, rather than a img

If it's still there he's either adding a border with CSS somewhere else or you need to hard refresh the page to clear your cache.

I like the 'memcomics' font and the button is nice

but the Helvetica I think it is isn't quite right, not sure what would be better though

Also try to post a png not a jpg, the artifacts are very misleading.

This is the first thing I have worked on in about a month, its a return to an old design I created with some changes. Hopefully if all goes well it should be the face of my portfolio when it goes live. Feel free to critique.

Bottom of the page isn't finished yet, just in case your wondering why it suddenly just cuts off.

I dunno really, at the moment its not necessary I guess if I ever had a long page were the banner things stretched down it then I guess they could be handy, but when the stripes are less than one page high I can understand that they seem pretty pointless.

Working on it over several sessions without any consistent documentation is weird, but I like where it's going anyway.
There's now a post viewing page, actually loading posts that are real things (they're XML files, is there anything wrong with this approach?), etc etc.
