as far as I know that one is wrong. for example, in a `users` table, you could use the (presumably) unique username as the primary key if you wanted to.

Referential integrity is to do with when a row is deleted, all of its foreign key relationships are resolved, and not left 'dangling', relating to non-existent rows.

Implemented and planned features include:
─ User and project management - duh.
─ Github integration - i.e: a commit that fixes an issue can automatically report back to Angle and close said ticket.
─ Project JSON API - i.e: allow team-members to extend angle locally for their needs through an API.
─ Gravatar support
─ User Events - i.e: receiving a message if a commit message has a keyword, or touched a certain file.

Thoughts and ideas?

Edit: Got rid of the search, it doesn't works and I can't figure out why, added a navigation instead, added the Infinite Scrolling script by Cody Sherman.

Yes, modern browsers do support CSS3

No, that's not what I meant. I mean if Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome support the W3C style of CSS properties. Like

box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px 5px #000; <- W3C
-moz-box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px 5px #000; <- Mozilla Firefox
-o-box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px 5px #000; <- Opera
-webkit-box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px 5px #000; <- Safari and Chrome

So you don't have to write those 4 lines everytime.

I'm not sure if Chrome supports it fully, but it seems like for most.
