Not terrible by any means, just very unfocused. You have shadows here, strokes there, blurs in the back and both(?) in some other places. Then the pink hover effect, oh my...

Try to make it more consistent, set some basic guidelines for how you want to visually define the page, and then try to follow them.

Alright, align="center" isn't working, text-align:center; isn't working. I do not know where to go from here, hopefully you guys can help me find the bug. I want to center everything, but "text-align:center;" is not working.
