Sure making a game in 7 days isn't easy, but the original 2 days required perfect planning and dedication.

My game is done, but if anyone would like to do artwork for me, I'll split the money with them. It's pixel art.

Ok, pick-ups are working. Level select is working. I've got a functional - yet semi-tedious - level building method. All is good. I will post a gif of it soon.

Make it monthly and have the 2 days and 1 week start consecutively. If anyone fails to get it done in 2 days, they'll have the chance to continue working on it an enter the week competition. Though that would mean that the themes of each of those would have to be at least similar, or the weekly one should have more requirements.

[B]How to play:[/B] You are a blob of water. When you move you will decrease in size, and eventually disappear and die. To survive you need to absorb other blobs of water. But you can only do that if the other blob is smaller than you, otherwise it will absorb you. Blobs that are bigger than you will hunt you if they see you. Your goal is to get to the puddle of water at the end of each level. Good luck!
