To be fair that's like 99% of us. :v:
That actually improves my point, although I was intending to mean myself.
Does anyone want to work on a collaborative open source project for WAYWO?
I think this has already been tried.
While everyone here is programming, they use different languages and do different design choices.
Oh, and different revision control software :v:

You've only seen the last of nullsquared. Facepunch has been arguing with nullsquared since he joined in late 07 (the programming forum didn't even exist... actually I can't remember when custom forums were introduced), starting with the Portalized thread.
He's like the Conna of the Programming forum :v:

I haven't? I joined in late '07 as well... I just didn't argue as much.
Been caught up a lot recently with my school work. I had a little free time recently this evening and, since I've been using Excel a lot recently, I decided to use it for something it was never intended to be used for.

Excel Pong!
Unfortunately it can only play against itself, seeing as you can't do anything while a macro's running, but it's still pretty fun to watch. And trippy :buddy:
Oh I do that as well!
Excel is the only way I can program in school.
So that is where all of the odd stuff gets made.
I haven't? I joined in late '07 as well... I just didn't argue as much.
Then you obviously got my point.
If anyone, Bladezor has to be the one who argued most consistently with nullsquared up until the very end (he's banned), for over two years. Catdaemon might be a close runner-up.
Does anyone want to work on a collaborative open source project for WAYWO?
What exactly do you have in mind?
No. It wouldn't work.
I thought it worked out pretty OK for Solace on Github once everyone got up to date on Git (man that took some work). Ironically the "idea man" had no consistent plan for the project and he was really slow in producing content.

didn't he quit facepunch then come back as bladerunner?

He has a couple of alts. About a month ago he also posted in the RC trying to get Bladezor unbanned.
Well after about 2 hours of looking and changing the enemies collision detection (FOR IT TO ONY BE A 10 SECOND EDIT) i have DumbPong - this time with slightly less intelligence.

How do you mean?
either way there's nothing there that should be animated :v:

It was his project that got me interested in programming: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuyQG7GFt0A
Although It doesn't seem as cool knowing how the sausage is made, so to speak.

Amen to that :sigh:

I mean, does the ball graphic glitch as it moves or is it permanently stuck like that.
No in actual game-play the ball is a ball, but for some reason in that screen shot it fucked up
bsp viewer != engine
An engine is defined as something used to achieve a purpose. A BSP Viewer is an engine by definition as it's achieved purpose is to load BSP maps.
In a sense, your ass is an engine, as it's obvious purpose from your posts is to convey your thoughts.
Herp derp, nurple durple.

I'm guessing there's no double buffering then?

Thank god I don't base my actions around what you asked for then.

Hey, that juvenile impudence is what makes me, me.

It's still really annoying when people tag it onto everything just to make it sound more important.
I blame Valve.

I agree, but I feel like it's the issue of calling magazines clips and clips magazines, etc.
I'm guessing there's no double buffering then?
I dont know what that is, let alone how to use it.
bsp viewer != engine
I wouldn't call it bsp viewer nor could I really justify it as being much of an engine. It wasn't really featureful it had some pretty nifty UI and basic Lua support but not too much else.
