Good luck. 95% of a user experience is design....I hope you're getting a designer to help you with that "good idea".
He was talking about money generating websites, not ones that look amazing. The websites that I have AdSense on look like utter horse shit but give me some nice bank
http://stepdub.com the ad is on.
I don't think a small unnoticeable ad will earn you much...
I don't think a small unnoticeable ad will earn you much...
That's fine, I'm not running the site for the Ad revenue, income from this site in the short term is not important to me.

Is that $80? You cut off the headers, what does it mean!?
Is that $80? You cut off the headers, what does it mean!?
Ah my bad, thought I'd make it simpler by just showing the total...but I was too short sighted to realized there were no headers.
First 2 columns are page views and clicks.
$242.35 is the 10 day total revenue.
Wow what website is that? Trollscience?
Starting up a blog, maybe I should've added more content before I applied for AdSense.
Is there ANY way to regain trust at AdSense?
Is there ANY way to regain trust at AdSense?
If you have much traffic, I don't think they'll refuse to use you again...
Well, i got 40$ in 3 months.
They won't answer my mail anymore.
Well, i got 40$ in 3 months.
that's nothing
that's nothing
It's something, makes me motivated.
I just started on mochi ads..3$ so far :( about the same on adsense (with alot less impressions on adsense)
So adbrite is up to par with adsense right?
edit:
Goddamit people... how do you disagree with a fucking question... I gauge my self worth off these fucking icons
So adbrite is up to par with adsense right?
Not in the slightest, on AdSense you get like 1$ per click, on adbrite you get 0.01$ per click.
So what would be best for a site generating in the region of 200k weekly?
I assume PPM, but I mean in terms of individual ad services, what is generally regarded as supreme?

I have to say AdSense is the best one, if you won't get banned. Most money.
I want to make some "just to get by" money with ads. (jtgb money = $1000/month)
What is a good idea for an ad revenue generating website? [[ i think i have a good idea right now, but I just want some more input ]]
Making $1000 a month isn't easy. You'll need a good design, you won't make much money if your site looks like crap. You also need a way to generate traffic, whether through Google or another search engine (in which case you'll need to do some search engine optimization), or some other source. What type of website you create also matters: a website with information about car insurance will make more money than a website full of funny pictures due to a higher pay per click as well as more relevant advertisements.
The hardest parts of creating a profitable website are thinking of a good idea, then driving traffic to your site.
