Except I've posted a grand total of three times in this thread, sans this post. Nothing I've posted relates directly to your hosting 'company', or business model. The only exception to that is my comment regarding my $4 VPS that can support cPanel. I know this from personal experience.
You want facts? Here's a few of them.
-Your logo is average. I wouldn't go as far as calling it shit, but I see about a thousand better ones a day.
-If your site had a sitemap, it'd be like looking at a pile of vomit. You need to restructure pretty much every page.
-Your footer is horrendous.
-I browse to your IP and I'm greeted with the default Apache page.
