I found a EPROM.
Shine some UV light in that window, cool things will happen.
This IC looks sexy. I checked around different online stores and found the IC, but sadly, it's out of stock.
It's on eBay

Everything's on eBay. However, most are not in my epic price range of 0 dollars/euros.
I live in Romania, for your interest.

You're welcome (only $5).
.. I really mean it when I say I have 0 funds. I found all those parts for the radio transmitter around shops and my fathers' workshop.

I'm sure you can find some way to make some cash, even if it's mowing peoples lawns.

See you already have a customer !
So I found ANOTHER god damn microwave, this one has some digital controls and a fucking vacuum fluorescent screen! If it's not broken that would be hype as shit.
Pictures later.

Going to try again with getting the damn developer to work, apparently the problem was my photoresist being too thin so I'm going to shove it in the oven to dry this time.
I increased the trace size to 50mil from 13mil and the pad size to 70mil, I also increased the clearance to 15mil so that should help avoid overdeveloping, in any case if this don't work I'll just go and buy precoated board even though it costs more.
BCM is one hell of a tricky bastard. It works all ok, until you change values and blinking happens.
So, that's why I did mirrored BCM, now flickering is happening. Gotta optimise all that shit, so it will blink faster and un noticed to human eye.

Care to share the schematics + code?

Just something very basic I made with my Arduino.

Oh Lawdy, how much current does it draw?
Oh Lawdy, how much current does it draw?
All of it. But really, that's probably not good. Make/get a power supply.

It's not to much for the USB port but rather the pin on the micro.
Edit: After watching a second time I realize its not using the micro to switch the led with code like I expected.
Yeah, Chryseus, I can indeed gather the money through either pleasant or.. even more pleasant ways, but even if I manage to get the money, my father wouldn't let me order shit off the internet.
He's afraid of all these fake transports and card hacking. And no, I can't convince him to do it. I tried to convince him to at least buy me a game on Steam by showing him the graph with online Steam users, but.. that didn't convince him.

I don't have a multi-meter so I can't measure it. Any recommendations on a good one?

Not a good idea if you're a beginner, just get some random chinese multimeter that works and you're set.

I've got that one for christmas, it's pretty rad, and it even has an infrared thermometer. The display also is backlit with a white color.
It costs around 50€ on amazon.
DealExtreme has some decent low cost meters, I'd recommend if you want quality the Fluke 17B which you can get for a shade under $100.
Otherwise just get something that can measure AC / DC volts, AC / DC amps (preferably down to 1 uA), has auto range (manual sucks), fused current sockets, diode test and continuity, don't spend less than $25 and make sure it has some decent silicone rubber probes with finger guards.

Get a prepaid debit card or your own bank account, in the UK at least you can get a debit card from the age of 14 from most banks if I remember correctly.

I wish it would be that easy. The big problem with that is my father - he, for some reason, doesn't want me to get a bank account and he keeps telling me I'm neck-deep with all this radio shit (AKA he doesn't like what I do). So, yeah, impossible for now.
Most people will disagree but I love disposable 15-30 dollar multimeters.
The first one I remember owning was given to me by my father and was craftsman brand. It was lost due to me checking voltage on a charged capacitor bank on the wrong mode (continuity IIRC)
Anyhow the moral of my story is cheap meters are great for beginners so you don't cry when you break one. Also when you buy cheaper meters you can afford more than one which is very handy when you need to do things like measure input and output or voltage and current simultaneously.
