It's called a white form with a panel on the bottom with the color "control".
Oh and I use Trebuchet MS.

You 'help' him by running app, but he does it him self you don't need to move mouse or type. But now there are items that has effect how fast he does that.

Update your Mono then. It currently supports all of .NET 3.5 with the exception of some bits from LINQ to SQL.
