I remember when I designed a site for a friend, I watched him attempt to upload the files but it kept failing, he then told me he was hosted with go daddy, he ended up using the file manager the ftp was that messed up

Lol, I was uploading a client site to their host (some shit one with UK in the name, Indian company, obv) and the FTP would just absolutely refuse to connect.
I ended up having to zip all the files together, upload them using the file manager and then unzip them there. Took a few hours :/

Thats exactly the same thing I went through, except the file manager would refuse to upload the ZIP file because the file manager was down for maintenance
