If you've abandoned it, would you mind releasing the source?
If you've abandoned it, would you mind releasing the source?
I was not the only one who worked on it, I will have to talk to the other guys first.
I don't even know what it is, it just looks cool. RTS in space with circular planets? Fuck year.
late here but also works fine in Opera
I'm gonna have to investigate why it's not working in Firefox...
I found a great guide for Python, as many have said that is a great first programming language to learn. I also want to learn graphic design programs (what's it called?) so I can see my work; what's a good one that I can learn along with Python, and put code into it so I can make a game or something? [editline]19th March 2011[/editline] using http://www.sthurlow.com/python/lesson01/ by the way

If you are just starting out though, I'd recommend sticking with console apps for now.
I'm using the tut at http://docs.python.org/ now, since it's updated.
I don't even know what it is, it just looks cool. RTS in space with circular planets? Fuck year.
Are there... noncircular planets?
Fractal maze :v: [sp]Yeah, I know it doesn't fit the technical definition of a fractal maze. It's a pun.[/sp]
I really want your maze generators now, you should make them open source and/or downloadable.
To be honest, all of these maze programs are fairly simple, and my implementations have been pretty sloppy and unoptimized. Whatever, more pretty pictures. Everything's better with Julia sets. I managed to get rid of the extra walls. Maybe I'll have it remove the places it can't get to at some point.

I bet no one can guess what this previously was before blur.

Close, but no cigar:
Is the blurring actually part of your app ?
It's what happens when you press the option 'blur' so I would assume so.
It looks weird on the right and bottom sides. It's blurring into the transparency, is it supposed to do that?
No, but it's a pretty good start. :p

(Edit: Woops, missed the whole of page 48 somehow...) Also, your sand stacks up in a triangle - you should make it level out a bit more :)
No, but it's a pretty good start. :p
Make it do lens flares and saturation You'll make a killing selling it to teenage Flickr users
Make it do lens flares and saturation You'll make a killing selling it to teenage Flickr users
I was actually thinking of making some effects for images. I'm going to work a bit more on Gif's (displaying how many frames and maybe saving each frame) but I don't want to turn this into an image editor.
