Working on my first "real" website. I made a basic header and navbar and a content area for now. It's also a single page app with transitions between the different pages. http://ananke.me/ I'll hook it up with a cms, store, etc. once the basic layout is complete so it's just filler/placeholder for now. Any feedback is appreciated.

So I've finally made my framework public on Github. I've been working on it every day for ~7 months and I'm not really happy with how it turned out. But hey, let me know what you guys think. https://github.com/ryanskidmore/SimplicityFramework
Do you want feature bubbles? If so just use feature branches and merge with --no-ff. Personally I'm still undecided as to whether this is worthwhile; I always work in feature branches, but I usually just squash/fixup commits in a rebase into however many changes makes sense and then fast-forward merge on master (which results in a linear history like yours). Just pick the style that suits you and try to stick to it, I suppose. If you do go down the no-ff route, I would recommend sticking to a model of at most one level by rebasing before merging:
Confusing history you say? Try 5 people uncoordinatedly committing to 3 feature branches. [t]http://i.imgur.com/WIHEaab.png[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/2DS3ZSO.png[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/bI4E97X.png[/t]
I'm glad my git logs look decent
curl "https://nnmm.nl/?pzU1O"

I dunno, there's a lot to be said for being able to see exactly what was going on on a certain day. You can go back and see exactly why something was set to something else if you have a ton of commits like
So all the 2048 discussion has actually spread into the Game Development Facebook group at my University, crazy how fast that has spread Tera you should definitely put a google ad on that page.
I saw someone playing doge2048 in our CS lab today :v:

I'm not sure if this counts, but I'm using HTML and Jquery for menus in my game design project. It works faster than Adobe Flash, however it can't seem to handle certain CSS3 effects without lagging. It runs at 60fps, has a revolving background and fluid theme. Still WIP.
[t]http://lw2.co.uk/ya.gif[/t] got bored and started making a html chat kind of page for no particular reason its pretty fun though so I think I'll continue it

You'd think a web scrapper to get the latest pictures of Natalia Poklonskaya from KYM would be a bit creepy, right? Well, it is. Did it mostly to ping me with them on Skype. And to check how long would it take me to do it, even browsing forums and youtube and shit. [editline]21st March 2014[/editline] Don't hold it against me
Google Chrome kept nagging me about running my extension in developer mode so I finally packaged it up and published it. Blissful Silence It's pretty limited at the moment, but I'm hoping to add more sites as I get feedback.

Made a chatlog system for my gameserver. http://forsexypeople.com/chatlogs.php [editline]21st March 2014[/editline] I also redid my ban list from earlier. http://forsexypeople.com/bans.php
So I remembered that some of the new gTLDs are available, so I bought http://fucking.domains/ (I still think the new gTLDs are stupid)
in the process of attempting an ajax html5 league of legends client. currently supports authentication, heartbeating, full account information retrieval, game lobby creation and invitation. i'm no artist (when it comes to actual art) so i'm sucking a bit in making this look good, stole the header from the league reddit. example of authentication and account data polling [t]http://puu.sh/7EACb/3cdb753ad8.gif[/t] eventually i'll look into making it websockets or something, processing a request takes 2~ seconds because of the amount of shit PHP needs to process with RTMP and the authentication process with the token that the client supplies

does anyone know if it is possible to redirect people arriving from one URL to another one, e.g. i have a site (wordpress, to be exact) running on www.blah.co.uk, and a unrelated one running on www.halb.com/abc/ they are running on the same server, so www.halb.com spits you out at www.blah.co.uk, and www.blah.co.uk/abc will put you in the right place (i dont really care about this, nobody would have a reason to probe that folder from blah.co.uk) what i want is if someone arrives on blah.co.uk using the halb.com url to be redirected to halb.com/abc/ is this possible?

figured it out, put this in the .htaccess of the root site (www.blah.co.uk)
RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?halb\.com$ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/abc/ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ abc/$1 [L]
