I dislike the giant face in the background. I'd just have it black and grey on the pattern you're using instead. The multicoloured bar for the menu is a bit odd to me like the colours don't seem to be there for a reason. The orange below I'd maybe also try in the same pink you're using at the top or I'd simplify the amount of colours used on the navigation.

It's fairly good for something made on such short notice.

You need to support more than just webkit browsers. For me on firefox its just some text with a glow.

You generally want to stick to sans-serif fonts for webpages, Google Fonts has a nice library of fonts you can use on your pages. You'll have to play around yourself with the structuring of the font, but the best font size for large pieces of text is around 12px. As for the header and the navigation, at something like 1920x1080 and higher, having about a fifth of the screen took up by a header isn't particularly appealing. You'll want to use something that doesn't span the whole width of the page and doesn't take up a lot of vertical space. I'd make a mock up but I'm going again in a second so I haven't got the time.

I took to heart what you suggested and altered the mockup: I added some top / bottom padding (now equal to the left / right padding) and changed some of the colors (to, unfortunately, one of the most popular palettes on colour loves).

Like it a lot. The font hierarchy is a little confusing though. I would make the All/Plumbers/Builders/Etc use the same font as you have for the buttons and navigation (is it Proxima Nova?). Also, I think it might help differentiate a bit if you make the column headers bold. You might also want to use a 1px smaller size of Arial as right now it overpowers the navbar font in some points.

The margin on the top of the filter input boxes is not the same as on the bottom and looks a bit wonky.

Also the inner shadow on "All" is too much.

But in any case this is just nitpicking. Good work.

The gradients look way too sharp for me, and i keep expecting the table to have rounded corners. In between the left navigation buttons, i keep seeing white instead of the background, i don't know if that's intentional or not (i should hope not). The shadow on the "All" button seems to be too much.

Damn, I keep expecting to see rounded corners on that design, I don't know if it's just me.
