The problem is: people are ugly (like me) and i like that pic. But I'll add one when possible. [editline]5th September 2012[/editline] I was talking with my friend about facebook and the horrible design/redesigns he's getting and remembered something i saw months ago and liked: Dribbble - Facebook Redesign
That design looks nice and all but the design is too self centered - Facebook is about the user's relationship with his/her friends, not about the user's relationship with the website. Facebook's design currently reflects this, and has absolutely no personality of its own. This one however is trying a bit too hard I think to look cool and fresh, when that's not what Facebook is all about.

Anyone knows a lightweight PHP Excel library that can format cells, colour them, also support image? I've tried PHPExcel but it's VERY far from "lightweight" and for big spreadsheets it's really really unusable.
It looks really nice tho, I'm sure this design could be used elsewhere. [editline]5th September 2012[/editline] Well, something like this of course. [editline]5th September 2012[/editline] Missed the next page, I mean the Facebook design.
Updated my site again and made it a bit more consistent. Added a bit more padding like I was suggested and it looks a lot better. Any more suggestions?
Pretty good! You could do something with those links, I'm sure. That would make the site feel more complete.

Like: Lemon Bay High School -Canteen -Sports -Bullying is bad! etc
I found this picture of an old page I made as a scrap for my portfolio, thinking about giving it a second go, with some improvements here and there. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/o62t9.jpg[/thumb]

Combustible lemons.
Just got http://gw2trading.com 's first tool out! http://gw2trading.com/tradingcalculator It's a trading calculator.
I noticed this a while ago: in css when I want to remember the white or black color, #FFFFFF and #000000, I always confused this two, so i developed a "remembering technique", #000 is nothing and nothing=black people. It seems a bit racist but i never confused this two colors again (works for rgb and hex). (User was banned for this post ("Racism" - Craptasket))

I suggest making the titles slideDown when you hover over the image.

How difficult is it for you guys to associate a single character to a colour?
If you can remember like that good for you, I can't, I need to use black people. :v:
my own site with my name as domain.. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/9l34K.jpg[/thumb] nothing advanced
I'm doing some magic http://www.gabrielecirulli.com/stuff/magic [editline]6th September 2012[/editline] http://www.gabrielecirulli.com/stuff/fillbar
The font and background are a bit obnoxious. A subtle pattern or even just a flat colour would look better, and I think I speak for everyone when I say stick to standard sans-serif/serif fonts rather than fonts like that which I would personally only use in fitting typographical situations

The whole point of hex is to represent the same numbers you'd use for rgb, just using a different base. rgb(0,0,0) = #000 rgb(68,68,68) = #444 I personally like working with the hex more because I find #444444 easier to understand than rgb(68,68,68).
nothing=black people
what the fuck seriously?
http://wolfenstein.wikia.com/wiki/Gretel_Grösse?useskin=monobook I worked on the CSS for the wiki as apparently it was bad enough to warrant funnies last time. Someone wanna judge it? You may have to hard refresh if you still have the old CSS in your system. http://wolfenstein.wikia.com/wiki/MediaWiki:Monobook.css?useskin=monobook is the bare code as modified by me. Keep in mind that I can only edit superficial things about the CSS and can't completely redesign the wiki. Also keep in mind the intended audience for this wiki.
Working on a profiler for Amuzor that shows: View tree and how long each view took to render. Stack trace if views failed. Size of all loaded stylesheets, scripts, and images. Queries and how long they take. Stack trace if queries failed. Tree of session and user variables. I'm running it in development mode so the time is a bit sporadic.
Making this mockup for a new page for our family company. what do you think? [thumb]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/25318683/alphamockup.jpg[/thumb] haven't added anything to the right side and the footer, so feel free to ignore that [editline]7th September 2012[/editline] I'm a bit late to the weird mouse discussion, but I have this one: [thumb]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/25318683/WP_001162.jpg[/thumb] Using Quarkxpress with it is a bitch, and Photoshop CS6 has some horrible sidescrolling bug that doesn't allow me to pan from left to right with it.
