How are you doing text parsing?
I split the user input in an array, check the first element (the command), check if it exists, then do an action accordingly. If the command requires an argument, it can check the other elements. So far, commands either look like "command" or "command [parameter]".
I'm pretty sure it's optimizable, but it's my first try in parsing.
what about things like command "hello world"
what about things like command "hello world"
Well, that would be 'say Hello World!'
On another note:

I seriously need to stop adding these features.
Should I be posting win8 apps I'm making here? It's not web but it is html, css and js.

Yeah I've been playing with it on a virtualbox for when I need to write C code. I prefer it to xcode merely because I learned C with VS.

I'm so stealing the idea for using the bootstrap labels as usernames in chat. I've been playing with a lot of different stuff but this just looks so nice.

why not just your favourite text editor + command line gcc/clang?

too hardcore.
I struggle to use an IDE efficiently when it comes to C/C++

Looks good, but I would change the yellow text and make it cream or something. It stands out way too much at the moment.

I enjoy stalking people... That's all I can say.
This also highlites how stupid some people really are. For example: I've tested this in my home village and found out where at least 5 different twitter users live.

Try to think if there really is a need for a title that says main (it's already in the navigation, and I also personally don't like the word Main) or for a side note that says something else (in this case "hello world") and then consider whether or not you should actually have them.
I would strongly suggest not to design around Lorem Ipsum. Your design should fit what's going to be written there and it should represent the philosophy of said copy. When you design around Lorem Ipsum you're basically doing the inverse: using some dummy (scrap) content and fitting the design you think would work around it. You'll then find yourself actually struggling to write enough stuff in there or even write something meaningful that rings with the rest of the work. Lorem Ipsum forces you to remove your own personality from the equation and building something you and the rest of your work probably won't fit inside of.

It feels very flat to me - but if that's what you're going for, maybe soften it up a bit by rounding off some of the corners like you did with the red highlight and buttons?
I'm working on fighting the urge to play with the 7 week old puppy I got on saturday instead of working. This is fucking hard.

Pro-tip:
Design your site around the content. Don't build the site then fill it with bullshit. Are you really going to have five huge paragraphs about yourself on your homepage?
(This applies to everyone)
Is it alright if I use it as placeholder just to see how my site would do with scrolling?
I want a puppy
Just wait till it shits everywhere while the door is open. I speak from experience.
This magento project is really frustrating sometimes. We worked with an indian developer to do the initial build of the website and they did a little bit of a sloppy job with some things AND since this was my first magento project I ended up following the example that their code had set a little bit before I really realized how sloppy they had been in some spots. Finding a good balance between finishing the new features that we need and cleaning up the codebase so it's easier/faster to work with in the future is a pain in the ass.

Last post about the puppy so I don't totally derail the thread, but he's done awesome so far. He already whines when he needs to go out and the vast majority of the time he waits for us to take him out. The puppy god smiles upon me apparently.
We worked with an indian developer to do the initial build of the website and they did a little bit of a sloppy job with some things.
Reminds me of the countless hours spent at work fixing cringeworthy code written by Byelorussian developers.
