It's just a directory I've made in my home directory to link to various places that would take longer to access.

I'm not sure what you're referring to but it might be Chrome's aggressive caching. Try loading your page in incognito mode.

nah its some security thing with https and stuff. It's not a problem in my end but if u dont have it disabled, you won't be able to load jquery in it.
I'm sure it won't happen when I get out of dropbox.

Change the address you're loading jQuery from to something like this: [B]//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js[/B]. The // in the beginning will tell Chrome to load it through https if required and available.

Yeah, it has no images but one, don't bother telling me. I am focusing on the functionality, trying to learn some basic PHP, get hang of CSS. I think I will change the whole design later. Right now I just chose a color pallet and that's all.
