I'm trying to get that design within a 960 grid system template because if it ever comes to developing this design, it's going to be a whole lot nicer. Looking at it now though, I think there's too much red.

This is what he means, you're padding isn't even on the module boxes. and that the vertical and horizontal padding on the blue bars aren't equal. red boxes are the same size.

1. there are two boxes.
2. the left padding on the boxes aren't even, this is demonstrated with the red boxes I've drawn.
3. the VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL padding on the titles ( with the blue background ) are not the same value. There is more padding to the left then to the top.

I am developing a Free & Open-Source Game Server Control Panel which I code in PHP using phpseclib to send SSH (Secure Shell) commands to the Servers. A Game Server Control Panel has never been coded (and released) in this way before. Quite intresting to code in my opinion.

With the huge social network icons - I thought that was more content, so I tried to scroll down.
I think you need an indicator of some sort to let the user know that they're links. Maybe scale them down in size quite a bit.

This confuses me a little bit. Size precedence (and the fact that the thing directly below it says "more") suggests that the graph is the main element I should focus on, but it's gray as opposed to the rest of the content, which says the opposite. This leaves me rather visually confused. I think it could be cool if you added some more detail to the graph, maybe even some color, to make it feel like the page's highlight. Otherwise, the lack of contrast/content just makes everything feel equally bland and useless. If you don't want to focus on the graph, you'll have to add a lot more content under it and remove the "more" in "more statistics".

Not really keen on the typeface you've used for your headings. And the one used for your navbar seems a crispy.
